Conditions for booking your stay

• payment by bank transfer of 50% of the amount of the stay only at the time of booking. The bank transfer details will be communicated in the e-mail response to the reservation request. Upon receipt of the bank transfer, the reservation will be confirmed. The balance of the stay will take place at the facility upon arrival.
• credit card payment of 50% of the amount of the stay only at the time of booking. Credit card details will be requested in the e-mail response to the reservation request. Once the credit card guarantee is verified, the reservation will be confirmed. The balance of the stay will take place at the facility upon arrival.

Cancellation conditions

It is only possible to cancel by e-mail.

Within 10 days of arrival the full amount will be refunded, minus bank fees in case of transfer. If the reservation cancellation is less than 10 days before arrival or in case of no show the full amount received as deposit will be retained.

Other terms and conditions

For reservations with arrival date less than 10 days after booking, confirmation of the stay can only be made by credit card of 50% of the amount of the stay only. If the reservation cancellation is made less than 10 days before arrival or in case of no show, the entire amount received as deposit will be retained.
